Cancellation Policy

1. Patient Cancellations

Patients may cancel or reschedule teleconsultation appointments up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time without penalty.

2. Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or failure to attend without notice, may result in full charge of the consultation fee.

3. Provider Cancellations

If Bnoon cancels or reschedules an appointment, the patient will be offered a full refund, or a rescheduled appointment at no additional cost.
