1. Scope of Service

Bnoon provides teleconsultation services that allow patients to consult licensed healthcare professionals remotely for medical guidance, education, and follow-up. Teleconsultations do not replace physical examinations where clinically required and are not intended for emergency situations.

2. Eligibility

Teleconsultation services are available to individuals aged 18 years and above. By booking a teleconsultation, the patient confirms that the information provided is accurate and complete. The patient will be required to sign a Telehealth Patient Consent Form in accordance with Saudi health data and privacy regulations.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Teleconsultations are based on information provided by the patient. Diagnosis, prescriptions, or treatment decisions may require in-clinic visits, investigations, or physical examinations at the physician's discretion.

4. Appointments

Appointments are scheduled in advance and subject to availability. Bnoon reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including physician unavailability.

5. Fees & Payment

All fees are clearly displayed prior to booking. Payments are processed securely through approved payment providers, including Amazon Pay, in Saudi Riyals (SAR).

6. Patient Responsibility

Patients are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a private environment during the teleconsultation.
