Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions: technical failure preventing the teleconsultation from taking place, cancellation initiated by Bnoon, or duplicate or incorrect payment.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if the consultation has already been delivered, the patient fails to attend the appointment without prior notice, or cancellation occurs outside the allowed cancellation window.

3. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used (including Amazon Pay) within a reasonable timeframe.
